TODAY, do something for YOU, take a step in the direction of your hearts desire. YOU HAVE HEART! The first part of the word courage, comes from the Latin cor which means the heart. The latter part of the word courage refers to the state of being of the heart.
Things may not be playing out the way you had pictured them but your dreams are placed in your heart to allow you to grow and experience challenge – the journey is the TRUE gift.
Courage is then the energy and action of the heart.
You don’t have to throw away your fears – transform your fear into strength and move forward and embrace the lessons the journey has to offer.
